Add an AI Chatbot to Your WordPress Site
Train a chatbot on your WordPress pages, PDFs, and YouTube links, then add it to your site with one embed snippet. No plugin to install and no theme rebuild.
A support answer, not a contact form
Visitors ask in their own words and get an answer grounded in the content you uploaded. When the chatbot cannot help, it hands off to the support contacts you configured.
- Grounded in your own content
- It answers from the WordPress pages, PDFs, and YouTube links you added as sources — not from the open web.
- Asked in the visitor's own words
- No menu of canned options to navigate. Visitors type the question they actually have, including the ones your page titles never match.
- Hands off when it should
- When a question falls outside your sources, it points the visitor at the support email or phone number you configured instead of guessing.
- Wears your brand, not ours
- Assistant name, welcome message, theme colour, and launcher position are all set before you copy the snippet.
Three ways to install it on WordPress
Pick whichever matches how your site is built. All three end with the same snippet before the closing body tag.
WPCode plugin
Plugins → Add New → WPCode. Create a header/footer snippet, paste the embed code, set location to Site Wide Footer, and activate. Survives theme updates.
Theme file editor
Appearance → Theme File Editor → footer.php. Paste the snippet immediately before the closing body tag. Use a child theme so a theme update cannot overwrite it.
Block theme editor
On block themes, Appearance → Editor → Patterns → Footer, then add an HTML block containing the snippet. No PHP editing needed.
Copy the embed code from your dashboard
Once a chatbot has finished processing its first source, open it in the Chatbots area and copy the embed code. It carries your chatbot key, so nothing else needs configuring.
- One stylesheet and one script, both served from the CDN
- Paste before the closing body tag on every page you want it on
- The same snippet works on staging and production
Why WordPress owners pick Cortexvia
A script embed instead of a plugin, with local currency pricing, with the trust pages published up front.
Trains on your existing pages
Point it at your WordPress pages, upload PDFs, or add YouTube links. Answers stay grounded in what you upload.
No plugin, no bloat
One CDN stylesheet and one script. Nothing added to your PHP execution path, nothing to keep updated.
Local currency pricing
Plans priced in your local currency, with a free tier to test on a live site.
Live in about five minutes
Upload a source, copy the key, paste the snippet. No DNS changes, no server configuration.
Works with any theme
The widget mounts into its own container, so it does not inherit or fight your theme's CSS.
Public trust pages
Security, privacy, data usage, and platform status are all published rather than sent on request.
Questions
The things people ask before putting a chatbot on a live WordPress site.
Get started
Create one from a document or two on the free tier, copy the snippet, and paste it into your footer. The same embed works anywhere a script tag can go.
Start with one page and one document. Put it on a live WordPress page before paying for anything, then move up a plan once the answers hold.
